Hungarian Google partner company, Aliz is looking for a motivated Engineering Intern to join their team in Budapest. As our Engineering Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Engineering department in providing exceptional support to our clients utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This part-time position will involve handling repetitive tasks, such as ticket follow-ups, process validations, and internal IT inventory management.

This position requires active student status in Hungary until at least January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Ticket Management:
  • Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Prioritize tickets based on urgency and impact.
  • Assist in documenting ticket resolution processes.
  • Assist by Knowledge base structuring, Knowledge article creation, and sorting.
• Process Validation:
  • Verify adherence to established support processes and procedures.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest recommendations.
• Task Follow-Up:
  • Monitor ongoing tasks for clients and ensure they are progressing according to plan.
  • Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
• Internal IT Inventory:
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of IT assets within the organization.
  • Update inventory information as needed.
• Various ad hoc tasks:
  • Support the Engineering team with administrative duties.
  • Help out the Partnership team with external candidate management.

Requirements
