We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy.

This is not just an execution-focused recruitment role. We’re looking for someone who will act as a strategic partner to our leadership, bringing market insights, innovative sourcing approaches, talent pipeline building strategy, and a proactive mindset to help us reach top talents in the competitive tech space. You’ll be working across a diverse range of roles — from highly specialized engineering positions to business-critical commercial and operational functions — ensuring we build strong, well-balanced teams that support our growth. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, engineers and headhunters if needed to ensure our employer brand stands out in the market, while continuously contributing ideas that elevate our overall hiring strategy.

What you’ll be doing

• End-to-End Recruitment
  • Collaborate with our hiring managers and engineers to create engaging job descriptions
  • Manage the entire applicant experience from utilizing online sourcing platforms to screening candidates, organizing interviews, and issuing offer letters
  • Administer all sourcing and recruitment-related data properly in our ATS
  • Iterate on our selection processes as needed
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, and provide insights to shape hiring strategies
• Employer Branding
  • Support planning and coordinating our local talent pool strategy (organizing events, community building, ambassador activities, university relations, etc)
• Contribute to other HR initiatives as needed, such as team engagement activities

We’re looking for

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the tech industry, covering both technical and business roles (experience with both agency and in-house recruitment is nice to have)
• Experience working in a small company (<150) and an international/multicultural environment
• Ability to work on both strategic and operational levels, influencing and shaping recruitment strategies in alignment with business direction
• Experience building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition matters
• Proactivity in identifying process improvements and introducing innovative sourcing and selection methods
• Strong market awareness (in Hungary, experience hiring in Germany is nice to have), with the ability to gather, analyze, and translate talent market insights into actionable initiatives
• Ability to leverage AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance sourcing, candidate assessment, and process efficiency
• Fluency in English and Hungarian, German is nice to have
