Now we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in Central and Eastern Europe.
What You’ll Do
As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the CEE region. Your role is about building real relationships with enterprise leaders, fast-scaling digital innovators, and Google’s own sales teams while turning those connections into long-term partnerships.
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise and corporate clients in CEE
- Develop new business with high-potential accounts while nurturing existing partnerships
- Work closely with Google’s regional team to jointly engage key accounts
- Lead the sales cycle, from converting hot leads through negotiation and deal closure
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to shape customer strategies
- Ensure a standout client experience, from the first meeting through post-sale engagement
- Maintain clear visibility into pipeline, forecasting, and CRM accuracy
- Drive revenue across services, resell, and proprietary cloud-based solutions
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of success in B2B tech sales, ideally in IT, cloud, or SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and building lasting client relationships
- Strong knowledge of cloud, data, and AI technologies, and how they deliver business value
- A self-starter attitude, entrepreneurial, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making
- Comfortable using CRM, analytics, and reporting tools to manage pipeline and strategy
- A collaborative mindset, you’ll work closely with internal teams to craft tailored solutions
- Fluent in English and Hungarian. Capable of engaging confidently with C-level stakeholders

- Familiarity with Google Cloud’s ecosystem and sales culture
- Background in big data, artificial intelligence, or digital transformation
